Step 1
1. Mix together the plain flour, salt, caster sugar and baking powder

2. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter / olive oil

3. Pour the milk mix into the flour mix and mix till it forms a smooth batter
Step 4
4. Heat a non stick frying pan with butter or oil and add a ladle of batter
Step 5
5. When it bubbles, flip and fry until golden brown on both sides
Step 6
6. repeat with all of the mix
Step 7
7. Chop the apple and mix with the apple and cinnamon. Heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes until soft
Step 8
8. Layer the pancakes with yoghurt and apple
