My Go-To French Toast

I have been cooking these french toasts develiped by ATK multiple times for brunch. Use Texas Toast or Thick and Soft Slices of white bread.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F. Arrange racks at Low and high.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients except bread in medium bowl.
Step 3
Once oven is at preheated 425F. Transfer french toast batter onto baking sheet. Dip 6 to 8 slices of bread on the baking sheet. Let the bread soak for 10 seconds, and flip them immediately. Put the baking sheet in oven.
Step 4
Bake for 8 to 10 mins. Afterwards, switch to High Broil.
Step 5
Put baking sheet on top rack and allow the top sides of french toasts bake for 2 - 3 mins until Golden. Remove from oven.
Step 6
Transfer french toasts to plate. Serve with strawberry sauce, whipped cream, maple syrup and butter.
