Step 1
1. Cook the plant based chicken in the oven per instructions on the box 2. Mix together in a small bowl the soy sauce, sesame oil and crushed garlic (ginger can also be added if needed) 3. Fry the stir fry vegetables (or any vegetables you have) in a frying pan and season with chinese 5 spice 4. Place the noodles in a saucepan of boiling water and cook per the instructions on the packet 5. Take the chicken out of the oven and sprinkle over chinese 5 spice
6. Once vegetables are softened, cut the chicken up as desired and add to the frying pan
7. Add the sauce to the frying pan
8. Drain noodles leaving a splash of noodle water
9. Add the remaining noodle water and cooked noodles into the frying pan
10. Mix together and add any extra sauce/seasoning to taste 11. Serve
