Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat butter and sugars until fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until incorporated, then add vanilla.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat until just combined.

Fold in 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate chips and 3/4 cup of sprinkles.
Step 8
Press batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips and remaining 1/4 cup sprinkles.
Step 9
Bake until edges are golden, about 30 minutes.
Step 10
Let cool completely.
Step 11
Melt remaining 1/2 cup white chocolate chips in micro- wave until smooth, then drizzle over blondies before slicing into squares and serving.
