Step 1
Preheat the grill oven to medium.
Step 2
Using a fork, press down the centre of each slice of bread taking care not to make any holes.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and yoghurt and pour into the indentation of the bread.
Step 4
Top with fresh blueberries and grill for 3-5 minutes until the custard is set.
Step 5
Serve with a pinch of ground cinnamon and maple syrup.
