237gtahini
5 Tbspliquid sweetener
honey, maple syrup, agave syrup
62goat flour
3 Tbspcocoa powder
3 Tbspdates
chopped
2 Tbspchocolate drops
2 tspvanilla extract
¼ tspsalt

Step 1
🍫 Preheat your oven at 180°C/160°C fan/Gaz 4/350°F
Step 2
🍫 Prepare your chia egg: mix the ingredients together and leave for 10-15mn or until the seeds sucked up all the water and you are left with a gel-like consistency.
Step 3
🍫 In a bowl, add the tahini, the chia egg, sweetener, cocoa, oat flour and salt. Give it a good stir.
Step 4
🍫 Add the chopped dates and cacao drops.
Step 5
🍫 Transfer the mixture to a cake tin and spread out the mixture. Cook for 20 minutes.
Step 6
🍫 The hardest part, leave it to cool completely before slicing.
