Bread Omelette

Instructions

Step 1
Whisk 2 - 3 eggs in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare a large pan or skillet by sparing it with oil or canola spray. Place it on a burner and let it sit on low heat for one minute.

Pour your eggs into the pan. Immediately place your bread in the eggs. Let the first side soak for 10 seconds, the flip them over and let the second side cook with the egg. The bread should be facing one another.

After the egg is cooked (about 6 minutes) flip it with the bread. Do so by sliding one spatula under one piece of bread. Use your second spatula to go on top of the bread to stop it from breaking. Carefully flip. Then, flip the access egg on the sides, over on to the bread.

Step 5
Add cheese, onion, and bacon on to one side of bread. Flip the other side of bread over, making a sandwich.
