Step 1
1. In the crockpot combine all of the ingredients EXCEPT the cauliflower and mix well.
Step 2
2. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Step 3
3. In a large skillet over medium high heat press the cauliflower rice into the bottom and leave untouched for two mins. Then divide equally among the bowls and top with the chicken and sauce.
