Instructions

Step 1
Preheat grill to 350 F. Drizzle garlic with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and grill for about 45 min or until the centre of a clove is soft and golden on the outside.
Step 2
Cut the loaf in half. Mix the butter, chopped chives, salt, pepper, sesame seeds, gochujang, and garlic. Mix to combine.
Step 3
Spread butter mixture over the loaf. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
Place garlic bread on a lined baking tray and grill about 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the bread is crispy to your liking.
Step 5
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and let cool for about 2 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with Sriracha sauce for extra heat.
