Step 2
• Slice two chicken breasts in half and coat in flour. Then pan fry until golden on the outside and the chicken is cooked through before removing from the pan.
Step 3
• Add one diced onion to the pan and cook until soft, then add in a small spoon of @verylazyfooduk garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 4
• Next add in 100ml chicken stock, 2 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp Wholegrain mustard. Bring to the boil and add in 150ml double cream.
Step 5
• Finally add back in your chicken breasts, cook for a few more minutes, add in a handful of parsley (chopped) and serve!
