Fried eggs for breakfast
Fried eggs for breakfast are my favorite especially on a bed of arugula and paired with avocado, tomatoes and cheese. This was my breakfast for today I can literally have it every day.

Step 1
1. Put a skillet on high heat and let the skillet get really hot before adding the oil. Once it gets really hot you’ll see the skillet smoking a little then add the olive oil and let the oil heat up too (the skillet is hot the oil should heat up fast)
Step 2
2. Crack in the eggs wait for it to crisp up around the edges then start spooning some of the oil over the whites of the eggs until cooked to your liking. The yolk should be runny and the whites cooked, the bottom and the edges should be crispy and golden.
Step 3
3. Then then serve the eggs over your favorite greens and with your favorite veggies and cheese. Lastly, sprinkle some salt and black pepper on top or use everything but the bagel seasoning like I did and enjoy!
