Step 1
Preheat oven 200°C/fan 180°C
Step 2
Cover baking tray with foil
Step 3
Put cous cous in bowl and add lemon juice, stir until absorbed
Step 4
Add thyme and stir evenly throughout
Step 5
Place flour in bag, add chicken and shake to coat
Step 6
Beat eggs and dip each fillet in
Step 7
Put cous cous on a plate and dip chicken to coat. Place chicken on tray and cook in centre of oven for 5 minutes. Test to see if cooked through
