Instructions
Step 1
Mix black beans, red pepper, onions, mint, coriander & chilli together in a bowl.
Step 2
Segment the oranges (peel so no pith or membrane on outside. Then cut just on inside of segment membrane lines)
Step 3
Mix up dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
Step 4
Stir and serve. (It will keep refrigerated for a few days)
