Instructions
Step 1
Step 1: Place frozen tater tot’s in air fryer or oven and cook according to package directions.
Step 2
Step 2: If using uncooked chicken, slice thin and cook in a cast iron pan with olive oil. When cooked, dice chicken and return to the pan. (If using cooked chicken, dice and place in bottom of cast iron pan and heat over medium heat.)
Step 3
Step 3: slice bacon into small pieces and add to chicken. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until chicken and bacon are heated through.
Step 4
Step 4: while cooking the chicken, slice broccoli into small florets and add to microwave safe bowl with 1/4 cup water. Cook for 3 minutes to steam broccoli.
Step 5
Step 5: remove cast iron pan from heat and drizzle 1/3 cup ranch onto chicken and bacon, stirring briefly to mix

Step 6: spread broccoli into even layer on top of chicken mixture. If desired, drizzle on a little more ranch

Step 7: spread tater tot’s in an even layer over broccoli and sprinkle cheese on top of tater tots
Step 8
Step 8: broil to melt cheese.
Step 9
Step 8: spoon out to serve and enjoy!
