Instructions
Step 1
Wash your chicken with vinegar/lime and season with ( adobo, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, garlic powder, paprika, 1pk sazon achiote,oregano, creole seasoning, maggi seasoning sauce) After you’re done seasoning chicken. Heat up olive oil and add sugar. Let the sugar brown and sauté the chicken until the meat is light brown
Step 2
Add water (mixed with leftover seasoning) cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir and add water accordingly (make sure it doesn’t dry out)
Step 3
Once your chicken is fully cooked, you will shred it and add it back to the pan with sautéed onions/peppers. ( sauté for 5 min)
Step 4
Brush a little bit of butter on your flour tortilla and place it on your pan. On half of the tortilla you will add your melting cheese and then your chicken. You will then fold your tortilla and flip once it’s golden. ( make sure all the cheese is melted)
Step 5
Guacamole: in a bowl, mash 2 ripe avocados and add in your diced tomatoes/onions/ jalapeños/lime juice/salt/ pepper and cilantro. (Mix well and serve)
Step 6
Serve with a side of sour cream and homemade guacamole 🤎
