Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub mixture into chicken. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken 3-5 minutes each side. Place chicken in slow cooker
Step 2
In the same skillet, mix the water, lemon juice, garlic and bouillon, bring to a boil. Pour over chicken
Step 3
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours. Add parsley in last 15-30 minutes
