Instructions

Step 1
Bake cake according to box decorations in 2-8” or 9” cake pans. Cool cut into 1/2” cubes. You don’t have to be perfect. It’s ok if some are smaller or bigger. Set aside. In a bowl mix the heavy cream, 1/4 cup Irish cream and 1/3 cup of cocoa. Set aside. In a second bowl mix the coolwhip, 1 Tbls of Irish cream, 2 Tbls of cocoa powder and the confectioners sugar. Now start assembling the shooters by filling half the shooter with cake. Then drizzle a Tbls of chocolate sauce over the cake. Fill the rest of the shooter with cake and drizzle another Tbls of chocolate sauce. Top the cake with about two tablespoons of the whipped cream. You can also pipe it on. Finish it off by grating a little of the dark chocolate on top of the cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve
Step 2
You can also make this in a 9x13 sheet pan. Poke holes in the cake when cooled. Pour the chocolate sauce over the entire cakes. Spread the whipped topping over the entire cake. Grate on the dark chocolate and slice and serve.
