Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160C fan.
Step 2
Melt butter and dark chocolate together, and take off the heat once it is melted.
Step 3
Sift the flour and cocoa powder in a bowl together and set aside.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs and sugar together until thick and creamy.
Step 5
Fold the cooled chocolate mixture onto the eggs.
Step 6
Resift the flour and cocoa powder into the chocolate mixture and fold in.
Step 7
Pour into a 9" square tin that is greased and lined with parchment paper. Top with any toppings that you want to add to your mixture.
Step 8
Cook in the oven for around 25 minutes, until it has a slight wobble.
