Instructions
Step 1
Start by preparing the "Chili Sauce/Paste" for the dogs. Finely chop the chilis, shallots and mince your garlic. Into a small pot with some oil we lightly saute the mix to soften it up for blending. Once soften add enough cummin that there is a slight hint, like less than ~1/4th teaspoon. Into the pot we add water now depending on your other ingredients. start off with less than 1/4 a cup until its slightly swimming. Add the mix into a blender and put back into a pan. the consitency should be less of a liquid and more of a salsa.
Step 2
Add a lil oil to a Grill pan we cook the Frankfurts (hotdogs), whilst we wrap our hotdog buns in alfoil place into an oven and put on heat to 170, once the frank furts are ready the bungs will be ready.
Step 3
On a pan cook 1-2 pieces of bacon till semi crisp remove and place on paper towel. Cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Once Frankfurts are done remove the buns, add the frankfurts and desired toppings.
