Ingredients
6 servings
1 x 10 ouncefresh baby spinach
bag, roughly chopped
1 x 13 ouncecan quartered artichoke hearts
chopped and drained
low-fat cream cheese
brick, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cuplight sour cream
or plain greek yogurt
1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
½ cupgrated parmesan cheese
⅓ cupwhite onion
finely-chopped, or red
4cloves garlic
minced
½ teaspoonblack pepper
¼ teaspoonfine sea salt
Instructions
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a small slow-cooker and toss briefly to combine.
Step 2
Cover and cook* on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1 hour, until the cheese is completely melted.
Step 3
Stir the dip until evenly combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Step 4
Serve warm, accompanied with whatever dippers you prefer.
