Step 1
Peel and pit the avocado then add to a blender cup with white wine vinegar fresh squeezed like juice garlic mustard powder onion powder salt pepper and about 100 ml of water or enough water to just cover the ingredients . Add less first and a little more if its too thick

Blend with a stick blender until smooth . For best taste serve straight away . You can store in a sterilized har in the fridge for a few days but the color may change slightly
