Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Chop the basil.

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.

Spinach

Remove the stems from the spinach.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the spinach. Fry until it has shrunk in size completely. Then season with salt and pepper.

Bagel

Cut the bagel in half. Spread both sides with butter and toast until golden brown.

Slice the mozzarella and dried tomatoes.

Spread the bottom half with the sauce.
Step 8
Top it with the fried spinach, mozzarella and dried tomatoes.

Drizzle on the balsamic cream.

Stack the other bagel half on top and enjoy!
