Instructions

For the meatballs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 . Then In a large bowl add all the ingredients listed for the meats and mix

Step 2
When adding the breadcrumbs or flour just add enough until your able to shape the meat ball , without them losing form
Step 3
After shaping your meatballs , transfer to a oven safe dish ; bake for 20 minutes. ( make sure meatballs aren’t shaped too big )

For the vodka sauce

Step 4
On low heat, using a large pot or large pan , add in the olive oil .

Once hot enough add the shallot & garlic. We’re not trying to brown them just simply trying to get them to get fragrant

Once fragrant, add the vodka . Allow the alcohol to cook off , then add the butter followed by the heavy cream
Step 7
Add the tomato paste , Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and basil. Season with salt & pepper TT.

Add the meatballs to the sauce , followed by the raviolis . Mix in then add the spinach

Serve hot , and enjoy!
