Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots in 4 stripes and place them in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the cornstarch. Make sure all the carrot pieces are fully covered.
Step 3
Add the oil, paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
Step 4
Place the carrots in the air fryer for 20 minutes on 200 °C.
Step 5
Serve with a spicy mayo (mayonaise mixed with sriracha)
