Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C fan
Step 2
Using a 10cm cookie cutter or knife, cut 4 rounds from each tortilla. Brush them with oil from both sides, and press each tortilla circle into a muffin tin, using your fingers. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Step 3
Meanwhile, make guacamole. In a bowl, mush avocados, then add finely chopped tomatoes, onion, chilli pepper, coriander, salt, pepper and lime juice and mix well.
Step 4
Fill the tortilla cups with guacamole, garnish with chilli flakes if desired, and serve immediately.
