Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Grate the ginger and garlic.

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.

Prawns

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the prawns and fry for 1min. Then add the seasoning and fry for another minute.

Fried vegetables

Slice the carrot, bell pepper and spring onion.

Heat the oil in the pan. Add the carrot and bell pepper and fry for about 2min.

Now add the spring onions and fry for another 2min. Then add the prawns.
Step 7
Finally pure in the sauce. Let cook for about 1min until the sauce thickens up.

Sandwich

Step 8
Cut the baguette in half.
Step 9
Top the bottom half with the fried vegetables and prawns.
Step 10
Sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
Step 11
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
