Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon

2. In a small bowl crack, the eggs take the yellow part out and put that in a medium bowl. Leave the egg whites and whisk until stiff peaks form?

3. In the medium bowl mix together the egg yolks (DAS THE YELLOW PART), vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla.

4. Add the medium bowl mix ( egg yolks ) into the dry ingredients/ large bowl. Mix well

5. Fold in the egg whites

6. Poor batter in waffle maker once already hot about ¾ a cup each may be read the waffle instructions to confirm I usually just put it in and say pray for me..
