Instructions

Dough

Step 1
Mix all dough ingredients and put in the fridge for 1 hour
Step 2
In a pan put a very small amount of oil and put the dough till its golden and flip it

Meat

Step 3
in a pan add sliced onions, oil and salt on medium heat till onions for 0.5 min then add garlic
Step 4
When onions and garlic turn gold add tomato sauce, the sugar and the ketchup then add the meat and the capsicum
Step 5
After the beef is fully cooked Strain it from any water or sauce and put that sauce aside

Canniloni

Step 6
Take a sheet of crepe fill the edge with beef mix and roll it
Step 7
Arrange the canniloni rolls in a glass pyrex tray add the meat sauce and some of the leftbover minced meat on top along with mozzarella
Step 8
Put in the oven on medium heat for 10 to 15 mins
