Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 °C (no chilling required for this recipe).
Step 2
Melt butter in microwave and let cool.
Step 3
Whisk together dry ingredients.
Step 4
Combine egg yolk, sugars, cooled melted butter, honey, miso and vanilla in a separate bowl
Step 5
Pour in flour and combine.
Step 6
Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 7
Roll cookies in to balls and place on baking sheet.
Step 8
Bake for 10 minutes. If making larger or smaller cookies, adjust cooking time accordingly.
Step 9
Let cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring onto a wire rack to let cool down for at least another 20 minutes.
