Instructions

Step 1
Prepare 3 bowls. Put flour into first bowl. Lightly beat the eggs in the second. In the third bowl mix the cheese with a bit of flour, so it's not sticking together.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into half an inch wide stripes. Season them with the chicken spice.
Step 3
Coat the pieces with flour, one by one. Then put them in the egg wash. Then coat them with cheese.
Step 4
Place the coated chicken pieces in an oven dish. Pour the cream all over them, to beraly cover all pieces. Try to reach every spot with the cream when pouring.
Step 5
Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on top.
Step 6
Bake until chicken is cooked and cheese is browned.
