Step 1
Chop green onion into small pieces. Slice bacon into halves, so we would end up having 10 slices of bacon. Trim the end of the enoki mushroom cluster and split into 10 small bundles( approximately 20g each bundle). Place each enoki mushroom bundle in the middle of sliced bacon, wrap bacon around the mushroom, fix it with 2 toothpicks. Wrap rest of bacon slices in the same manner.
Step 2
Heat up pan over high and adjust heat from high to medium before you begin cooking. Place wrapped bacon mushroom rolls in the pan evenly with the lid on, simmer on medium heat until bacon/mushroom juice disappears and bacon becomes golden brown (flip to cook both sides during this process).
Step 3
Transfer cooked bacon & mushroom rolls onto a plate, remove toothpicks from the roll (or you may simply leave it). Garnish with sliced green onion and ground black pepper. Serve it warm.
