Instructions
Step 1
Put chopped cauliflower in water and bring it to boil once. Keep simmering for further 5 mins then drain.
Step 2
Add chopped onions to oil and prepare masala with ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and green chillies. Add salt, red chilli flakes and turmeric powder and cook until some oil comes up.
Step 3
Add 4/5 chopped potatoes, mix on high heat for 2-3mins then cover and cook on low heat for 15mins until half done. Add a few tbsp water if needed.
Step 4
Add boiled cauliflower and mix.
Step 5
Add pickle powder, corriander powder, cumin powder and fenugreek leaves and cook on low heat till both are fully cooked through.
Step 6
Serve with boiled rice or roti.
