Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice for 20 minutes
Step 2
Cut chicken breasts into halves (lengthways)
Step 3
Coat chicken in flour, then egg and then panko breadcrumbs. Place on plate.
Step 4
Put katsu curry paste into pan along with coconut milk, simmer
Step 5
Shallow fry breaded chicken breasts until golden brown
Step 6
Serve all, put rice in a mug 3/4 high and place on plate
Step 7
Serve with salad and dressing
