30 ozred potatoes

14 ozlean ground turkey

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare the cashew sour cream.
Step 2
Slice potatoes into fries and lay out in a single layer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray tops with cooking spray and sprinkle with sea salt, onion powder and garlic powder.
Step 3
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 20 minutes.
Step 4
Brown the turkey in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat. Once cooked, add the taco seasoning.
Step 5
Transfer turkey mixture to a bowl. Add the onions, and peppers to the pan and cook until tender. Add to the turkey mixture.
Step 6
Weigh the potatoes and turkey/veggie mixture separately and divide each by the number of servings.
Step 7
Place one serving of fries onto each plate and top with the turkey mixture, shredded cheese, guacamole, Cashew sour cream, jalapenos and green onions.
