Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix tomato paste, vinegar, liquid aminos, Liquid Stevie, red pepper flakes and garlic powder.
Step 3
Place wings in the bowl and coat well, then place wings flat on a cooking sheet covered in tin foil.
Step 4
Bake wingsvfor 35 - 40 min until browned & crisp, flip halfway through. If using the grill, cook on medium high heat for 20 minutes, turning the wings over every 5 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
Step 5
Toss lime & cilantro on wings to garnish.
