5 table spoonworcestershire sauce
1 table spoonsoy sauce
2 table spoonsweet soya sauce
1 table spoonketchup
1 table spoonsugar
1 tea spoonsalt
1 tea spoonpepper
1 tea spooncornstarch
0.5 glasswater
For Chicken marinate
Instructions
Fried the Chicken
Step 1
Just fried the marinated chicken which been cut into 2cm square, or bites size. Until golden brown then remove it.
For Gravy
Step 2
Heat 2-3 table spoon oil, put the garlic have been chopped and onion, until the smells nice and change colour. Then put English sauce, soy sauce,sweet sauce,salt,pepper, sugar,ketchup, corn starch (mix with water) . Stirred until is boiled, then put the fried chicken. Mix together for about 1-2min and is ready to serve.
