Step 1
Gradually blend the egg with the potatoes and onions on high. Pour the mixture into a bowl with the yeast. The texture should be thick.

Add the salt, olive oil, wheat germ, and flour. Mix. Make sure there are no chunks! Add more flour to the correct consistency.

Let rise covered in a warm area until finger leaves a mark when pressed into the batter, about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a pan, then line the bottom with chopped onions. Knock out the air from the batter with a spoon and pour it into the pan.

Cook on the bottom of the oven until the edges are brown and crispy; about 1 hour. Place a cookie sheet under it to catch any grease. Do NOT cover the holes on the bottom of the oven as it can cause a fire. Enjoy!
