i have a love affair with spring (salad) rolls and this salad fills every single craving. it’s delicious + nutritious. Spring rolls/salad rolls originated in Vietnam - the traditional name is Gỏi Cuốn… there’s not much about their history online, but i always want to give credit to the cultures that created the foods we enjoy today!
