Instructions
Step 1
Cut ends and peel lettuce steam, slice it into thin slices. Soak them in a bowl with water and a sprinkle of salt. Slice some garlic, ginger and red chili (optional).
Step 2
Slice smoked pork belly or bacon (if smoked pork belly is not available) into small thin slices.
Step 3
Add cooking oil in a heated skillet and put sliced bacon in the pan to cook until they turn golden brown.
Step 4
Remove bacon from the pan, add diced garlic, ginger, red chili in the pan to mix until its aroma comes out.
Step 5
Add sliced lettuce stem in the pan to cook for a few minutes and add oyster sauce to mix together. Finally add cooked bacon to mix, season with chicken powder before plating.
