Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped green onion; refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Place a pan over medium heat and pour oil.
Step 3
Brush steak with oil and sprinkle pepper.

Cook steak in hot pan for 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches to 130°F to 135°F for medium rare.
Step 5
Top steak with garlic butter.
