Step 1
Steam the potatoes until cooked
Step 2
Peel potatoes
Step 3
Place it in a bowl and start mashing it roughly
Step 4
Add the Salt, Cumin, Chili, Coriander Leaves, and Fresh Breadcrumbs

Mix with hands until well combined; Make 50-55g balls and keep aside.
Step 6
Make Batter by mixing Flour and water together
Step 7
Bread the potato balls by dipping it in the batter, and rolling it along the the fine dry breadcrumbs
Step 8
Use a mold to shape the balls into whatever shape you want (OR use hands to mold them into a bulging frisbee shape)
Step 9
Use high heat to fry the cutlets (should take maximum 1-2 minutes until it becomes golden brown)
