Glass Noodles & Gyoza with Herb Thai Dressing

Instructions

Step 1
Soak glass noodles, drain and add shredded carrot and chopped coriander. Dress in toasted sesame oil.
Step 2
Sprinkle over pickled chillies, chopped spring onion, toasted peanuts, peas and coriander.
Step 3
Make the dressing by mixing lime juice, fish sauce, coriander, chillies and spring onion.
Step 4
Serve with steamed or pan fried gyoza or any protein of choice.
Step 5
I also whacked on a little pak choi because I like diversity.
