Instructions
Step 1
Cook the basmati rice according package instructions.
Chicken
Step 2
Slice the chicken.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and fry for about 1 min. Add the seasoning and fry for another 2-3min until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan.
Sauce
Step 4
Grate the garlic.
Step 5
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Mango stir fry
Step 6
Dice the mango, slice the spring onion, carrot and bell pepper.
Step 7
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the bell pepper and carrot. Fry for about 2min until soften.
Step 8
Add the spring onion and fry for another minute. Then add the mango and chicken and fry for another minute.
Step 9
Pure in the sauce. Let It cook for 1min stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to medium and let cook for another 2min.
Wrap
Step 10
Top the front center of the wrap with the rice and mango chicken stir fry.
Step 11
Sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
Step 12
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 13
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
