Instructions
Step 1
Fry off onion and garlic until translucent
Step 2
Add mince, fry until browned

Add mushrooms,

Add everything else, simmer for as long as you can be bothered. In simmering oven of the Aga is best.
Bechamel sauce

Melt better, add flour and cook over a low heat for a couple of minutes

Whisk in milk, simmer until thickened.
Assemble

Start with a layer of lasagna, add meat, drizzle with bechamel. Finish with cheese
