Instructions
Step 1
Start by soaking the soy curls in the mushroom or vegetable stock.
Step 2
Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, spices and garlic/ginger.
Step 3
Cook the soy curls in the stock until tender.
Step 4
While the soy curls are cooking, steam the roughly chopped broccoli.
Step 5
Once the soy curls are tender, mix in the soy sauce mix on low heat.
