Instructions
Step 1
In an oven proof dish, add the tomatoes, onion and garlic cloves.
Step 2
Add the olive oil Kashmiri chilli powder, paprika, cumin powder, garam masala and salt
Step 3
Rub the seasoning on the onion, tomatoes and garlic
Step 4
Stick it in the oven on 180c for 40 mins
Step 5
Remove from oven and snip the stalk off the tomatoes
Step 6
Put it in a blender. Add the water in the dish to pick up the spices left in the dish.
Step 7
In a pan, add some butter and pour in the sauce
Step 8
Once it simmers, add the kasuri methi
Step 9
Mix that in then add cream
Step 10
Once the cream is mixed in add the butter and finish off
Step 11
Pour into a bowl, drizzle olive oil and garnish with a little bit fresh coriander.
