Ingredients: 1 pie crust, homemade or pre-made deep dish; 3/4 cup sugar; 1/4 cup cornstarch; 2 cups milk; 1/2 cup butter, cubed; 2 teaspoons vanilla; 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar; Preheat oven to 450; Bake piecrust 10 to 15 minutes until partially baked and turn oven down to 375.; Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan; Add milk, whisk till dissolved; Heat over medium heat till boiling then continue cooking, stirring constantly till thickened.; Take off heat and add butter and vanilla and stir till butter is melted.; Pour in partially baked pie crust and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar; Bake at 375 15 to 17 minutes until set.; Cool and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours
