Baked Brie with caramelized onions & bacon

Baked Brie with caramelized onions, cranberries and bacon has such a nice balance of sweet and savory flavors. I love making this during the holidays and serving it with crackers or French bread. It’s so delicious and so simple to make.

Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter and cook onions for about 10 minutes and add the cooked bacon. Add brown sugar, cranberries, balsamic vinegar and cook until the onions are caramelized.
Step 2
Bake the Brie cheese at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the caramelized onion mixture and add the pistachios. I also drizzled some honey because I like it more on the sweet side.
