Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together rolled oats, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and pinch off salt. Transfer to a parchment lined quarter baking sheet and pat down until VERY firmly packed.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix coconut yogurt with peanut butter until incorporated. Spread on top of granola crust. Add melted chocolate and marble into a swirl. Top with banana coins and shaved chocolate. Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm. Enjoy! Keeps in freezer.
