Step 1
Form the turkey breakfast sausage into small meatballs. Brown the meatballs or if you are in a hurry put them on a microwave safe plate for 5 minutes in the microwave.

Cook the frozen spinach in the microwave for 3 minutes

Put the dry soup mix, dry lentils, and chicken bouillon cubes in a crock-pot with 3-4 cups of boiling water.
Step 4
Drain the black beans and rinse. Then add all of the remaining ingredients into the crock-pot.
Step 5
Cook on high in the crock-pot for 1-2 hours and then reduce to low until you are ready to serve.
